FAQs

Whatever you choose you’ll be sure to enjoy all the pleasuresof country living and still be in close proximity to city conveniences.

What size are the sites?
The full hook-up sites are 25’+ wide and up to 65’ long. The water and electric sites are 20’ wide and vary in length.

Are the sites on the river?
Only primitive tent camping sites are along the riverside. Our back-in sites are on a bluff that overlooks the river area. Our pull-thrus are within walking distance to the river.

Are the sites shaded?
The back-in sites, tent camping area, and some of the pull-thrus are shaded by pecan and willow trees. Most of the pull-thrus are in the sunbathed area.

How many tents are allowed at water & electric sites?

There is a limit of 2 tents per site included in the daily rate.  A third tent would need to be approved before arrival as some sites are not able to accommodate more than two tents.  If a third tent is approved, there is a $10/night fee.

Are pets allowed?
We welcome well behaved pets at the park. Pets must stay on a 6’ leash and be accompanied at all times while they are outside your RV. Pets are not allowed in the main swimming area of the park, pool area, Country Cabins, Treehouses, Clubhouse, playground or restrooms. Pets are welcome to access the river in the nature trails. We also ask that you pick up your pet’s deposits so other guests may enjoy our clean park.

Do you have group rates?
We do offer a Winter Discount Rate to groups that reserve for an outing between November 1st and March 31st. Contact the office for details.

What do I do if I arrive after the office is closed?
If we are expecting your arrival, there will be a site map with your name and site number left on the office door for you to follow. If we are not expecting you, look for an empty site for the night. We ask that all late arrivals be as quiet as possible and come to the office the following morning to register.  Please understand we may ask you to move if you have chosen a site that has been reserved. Security gate closes at 10:00 PM so we ask guests not to arrive after that time.

Can I reserve a specific site?
You may request a specific site, and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not guarantee a specific site, in the event that the site is not operational at the time of your stay.
