Feel the Rush at Circuit of The Americas
For a slight change of pace, take a detour 35 miles northeast of Leisure Resort. Circuit of The Americas (COTA), located in the outskirts of Austin, Texas, is the country’s premier venue for world-class sports and entertainment. COTA has hosted the biggest names in racing, action sports, and music.
Racing
The 3.5-mile track, which features 20 turns and a rather intimidating 133-foot hill at Turn 1, has been the backdrop for races like NASCAR, the US Grand Prix, and the FIA World Endurance Championship, to name a few.
Spectators can opt for premium tickets, including the best seats in the house, access to the track, and other exciting insider activities. Race-goers may also pay an additional fee to ascend COTA’s 251-foot high observation tower. Take in spectacular panoramic views of the circuit while standing 22 stories above ground.
Live Entertainment
Legends like Willie Nelson and Elton John, popular bands like KISS and Nine Inch Nails, and headliners like Taylor Swift and Kenny Chesney have rocked the site’s 14,000 seat amphitheater and larger “COTA Superstage.”
Action Sports
In addition to racing and live performances, COTA has hosted soccer and rugby games at its newest addition, Bold Stadium. But the experiences don’t stop at this arena!

- COTA Karting: Zoom around the karting track at speeds up to 55 MPH.
- Zip-Lining: See the entire circuit and plenty more as you soar high above COTA.
- Bike Night: Join other cycling enthusiasts Tuesday nights and bike the circuit at your pace, without the annoyance of city traffic.
